Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During promotions or high-demand periods, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup (Clarkston, WA)
We offer free local pickup at DC Wellness Center in Clarkston, Washington.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready—usually within 1 business day. Pickup is available during regular business hours.

Temperature-Sensitive Items
Please note that some products are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we recommend choosing expedited shipping or picking up locally to avoid the risk of melting. DC Protein is not responsible for damage caused by heat during transit, but we will do our best to pack your order with care.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dcprotein@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
